American standard high pressure ball valve has now developed into a major valve class. The ball valve is mainly used to cut off or connect the medium, and also to regulate and control the fluid. 1. The fluid resistance is small, and the ball valve is the one with the least fluid resistance among all valves. Even the reduced diameter ball valve, its fluid resistance is quite small.

2. The switch is quick and convenient. As long as the valve rod rotates 90 °, the ball valve will complete the full open or full close action, and it is easy to realize quick opening and closing.

3. Good sealing performance. The sealing ring of ball valve seat is generally made of PTFE and other elastic materials, which is easy to ensure sealing, and the sealing force of ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.

4. The valve rod is sealed reliably. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve rod only rotates, so the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing force of the valve rod back seal increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

5. The opening and closing of the ball valve only rotate at 90 °, so it is easy to realize automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with pneumatic device, electric device, hydraulic device, gas-liquid linkage device or electro-hydraulic linkage device.

6. The ball valve channel is flat and smooth, and it is not easy to deposit media, so the ball can be passed through the pipeline.
